These files will speed up your work when preparing playback's for an artist/band and, at the same time, provide that extra level of service and security that is our ideal goal.
When we recorded our "Precount" packages, we found that just stretching the precounts to make them fit all tempi; it made them sound robotic. That is why we went ahead a recorded all precounts in their native tempo. After all, we are trying to give engineers a better result - faster.
Whenever you prepare playback files for a singer or a band, make sure that it sounds calm, collected, and musical - just like these precounts. They are, after all, the last thing the artist will hear before the performance.
